BlueFire HR Consulting was founded in 2015 by Stephanie H. Nelson, MBA, CPC, CHHR –  with the thought of improving efficiencies, advancing cultures, and reducing budgetary expenses for organizations. Stephanie has over 20 years of human resources experience in healthcare, technology, manufacturing, non-profit, and a variety of professional fields. Stephanie’s professional career has allowed her to become an expert in workforce topics, labor issues, talent and performance management, reduction-in-force, training, and various organizational initiatives. She has provided expert advice and insight to executive leaders with respect to organizational matters, workforce and labor issues, legislative issues, organizational development, change management, and wide-ranging human resource and governance topics. Stephanie graduated with a Bachelor of Science degree in Psychology from the University of Dayton and obtained an Executive MBA from Thomas More College. Aisling Byrne, Senior HR Consultant, has over 18 years of Human Resources experience in entertainment, retail, hospitality, real estate and non-profit industries as well as a variety of professional services. Aisling provides strategic HR direction and has strong expertise in the areas of employment practices, compensation and benefit plans, recruiting, HRIS systems as well as HR policies and operations. Aisling received a Master’s in degree in Business with a focus on Leadership and Management from WGU.
